Your dedicated PERL Rewards Account Manager (PRAM) is an extension of your team
When you are a member of PERL Rewards, you are assigned a dedicated PERL Rewards Account Manager (PRAM). We pride ourselves on good old kiwi manners so once your PERL Rewards Membership has been approved, they will call you at a time that’s convenient, to introduce themselves and work through your supplier choices and onboarding.
They have a wealth of experience, having been a part of the PERL Rewards team from its inception. Because they understand your specific industry needs, they are simply there to work as an extension of your team to uncover the best options for you and your business. And as new supply partners come on board your PRAM will also keep you informed in the event you would like to adopt them up as one of your own suppliers….
Of course as you will have already come to expect, they will have enhanced PERL Rewards Pricing or Discounts attached for you to take advantage of. So your PRAM is your first port of call in the event you need help.
Your dedicated PERL Rewards Account Manager (PRAM):
- Provides you guidance on our suppliers, their offers
- Provide you with offers and information on enhanced supplier offers, new offers or new suppliers
- Supports you through the account opening process to ensure your applications are processed quickly to allow you to make even more savings
- Will identify any suppliers you already trade with to confirm if we can improve your pricing
- Identify if you have any suppliers that aren’t currently part of the PERL Rewards Supplier Partners that think would benefit PERL Rewards and your fellow members
- Assists you to support your business in lowering your costs, improving business efficiencies and increasing your margins
